Here in the American south it's called CPT. "Colored People Time."
I've had to tell my black friends before, "be there at 6pm CST (central standard time) but if you're running CPT, put it down at 430 or 5pm so your ass ain't late."
It's always met with a slick grin, like "muthafucka, how you know bout CPT?"
But it gets em there on time. Lol
