Every Nostr client is a platform. We just decentralized the server. But the user still has to abide by the rules set by the client in a way that is identical to dealing with a platform. Albeit one with perhaps a more responsive team. And the technical user can fork the platform and run his or her own. Still better overall and worth continuing.
