Not sure! I'm going out of town to visit relatives this weekend, so I took a little bit with me and froze the rest. I'll probably just have what I took plain or over something. None of my folks eat beef so it's just up to me to eat it all.
I also have these unsalted 10% organ meatballs because I forgot to season them. The only way I can eat them is to break them up, salt them, and cover them in marinara. I'll make them right next time ๐
