I appreciate that. It's mostly just about being curious and paying attention. Instead of seeing one problem and either ignoring it or just addressing it, I look to see either what caused it, and/or what other problems could arise next.
Too many people will call a guy to fix a problem and that guy just fixes the problem and leaves. I can't do that.
