Are popular VPN end points fingerprinted?
My main question, how do you know if it's a clearnet ip or where the VPN endpoint is.
I'd assume alot of the VPN endpoints get fingerprinted and are known.
Is that usually the case?

In my view, PoW dynamically gets more difficult for a spammer as they spam. It becomes an incredibly difficult barrier to overcome.
Or you can imagine the worst possible barrier to justify your argument.
