Most of society rests on the ability to maximize efficiency and harness energy. Until we fix that everything will continue to get worse. So yeah, it's kind of a big deal.
I have no clue what your thoughts are on bitcoin. I simply made an observation that people who won't try nostr due to annoyance of seeing bitcoin posts are weak. The internet might not be for them.
I do understand that nostr needs better discoverability. But until that happens I'm fine with sensitive people not joining.
