I had a successful chargeback once. It was for a service that I didn't renew, but the company did it anyway since they had my credit card info. This could not happen in the first place with a push payment like Bitcoin in the first place. When I complained wiht the company themselves, they just ignored me. So I failed a clain with the credit card company. They executed the chargeback after a while and some formal stuff. But to get the money back to my bank account took another six months, and many insured letters.
