When I click compute, it shows a bar for about five seconds, suddenly says complete, I hit done but it basically just tells me to restart the process in a loop. Nothing too important, but seems to be a bug.

They regulate who it can be prescribed to, and under which terms, in my country... Just because something is 'private' doesn't mean the government doesn't regulate it. It also doesn't mean a lab can just process samples from anyone who wants to pay for the service. "The government" stops me by not allowing the lab to sell me the service without government's permission. There are many examples of this issue.

Some developers release Nostr clients as previews exclusively for Premium and paying users, whilst others make them available to everyone for free. Wisp, fortunately, is one of the latter.
